All pets must be current on vaccinations, verified by PetScreening. All pets must complete a Pooprints Profile. There, is a Pet Fee of $150 for the 1st pet & $200 for a 2nd pet, this must, be paid on or before move-in or at the time the pet is acquired. The Pet Fee is non-refundable and is not considered a deposit for which pet damages can be deducted from. Pet rent is $15/month per dog and $10/month for cats.
