We welcome household pets with some restrictions. No more than 2 pets per apartment. All applicants must complete PetScreening for your pet (s). All pets must be current on vaccinations, verified by PetScreening. All pets must complete a Pooprints Profile. There, is a Pet Fee of $150 for the 1st pet & $200 for a 2nd pet, this must, be paid on or before move-in or at the time the pet is acquired. The Pet Fee is non-refundable and is not considered a deposit for which pet damages can be deducted from. Pet rent is $15/month per dog and $10/month for cats. Furthermore, the following breeds of dogs are prohibited: Akitas Doberman Pinschers Pit Bull Terriers Staffordshire Terriers Alaskan Malamutes German Shepherds Presa Canarios Wolf-hybrids Cane Corso Great Danes Rottweilers Chows Chows Mastiffs Siberian Huskies
